Cost
Costs always depend on size of estate and rooms. We usually use half of our bedbug initial costs and keep the follow-up prices, like:

German Cockroaches in a 1 Bedroom Apartment Initial: $100.00
German Cockroaches in a 1 Bedroom Apartment Followup: $35.00

Treat mattresses, box springs, bed frames, headboards, couches, chairs, chest-of-drawers, behind pictures, plumbing voids, cracks and crevices, electricial outlets, baseboards, curtains, et cetera
Cost
Costs always depend on number of rooms, beds, and persons living there. In a "regular" home we charge the following.
(Regular means one bedroom means one bed, two bedroom two beds)

We charge:

1 Bedroom = $200 Initial charge, $35 Follow up
2 Bedroom = $250 Initial charge, $45 Follow up
3 Bedroom = $300 Initial charge, $55 Follow up
