*German cockroach: Extensively clean cabinets, floors, counters, appliances. Remove items under sinks and allow technician full access to plumbing.
*Odorous house ant, Pavement ant, Pharaoh ant, Argentine ant, Ghost ant: Do not disturb ants while they are working. DO NOT USE ANY CHEMICALS! Allow technicians to apply bait to destroy their nests, not the workers.
*Acrobat ant, Carpenter ant: If ants are travelling by overhanging branches onto your home, have the branches trimmed back. Allow full access to exterior of your home, clear any brush piles or firewood away.
